In case the user exhausts this memory space, he or she can use the microSD card slot that has a 32GB stretchable limit. STK, Screen Saver, Wallpaper, Power On/Off Animation, Caller ID, CLID with Photo, Call Conference, Languages (English)Calculator, Alarm Clock, World Times, Speed Dialing, Voice Recorder, Currency Converter, Health Management are some of the other applications that the smartphone offers.

Karbonn A50 supports the formats like MP3, MIDI, WAV, and AMR as far as the music player is concerned. The user can hear the music through the earphones or the loudspeakers. Videos can be watched in formats of MP4 and 3GP. FM radio as usual provides its services in the field of popular radio stations.
Pictures and Video quality

At a resolution of 2048 by 1536pixels, images can be snapped with relatively better clarity as the digital zoom and LED flash help the user in difficult backgrounds. Video recordings are not that impressive but usable.

Songs, videos, games and images can be downloaded on to the device if the space permits. Wi-Fi can be fruitful for connecting wirelessly to the web in case the user wants to use a nearby connection.
