The pre-installed applications on Micromax A75 are also hugely attractive. The Micromax A75 comes pre-loaded with apps like Google Voice Search, SAAVN, Times of India online news, NETQIN Antivirus, etc. Voice Search app helps users to perform everything by simply instructing the phone by voice. Because Micromax A75, popular as Micromax SUPERFONE Lite A75, is an Android-based dual SIM phone. Besides, it is most economically priced. Micromax A75 is company’s second device launched in the much-hyped and well-known “SUPERFONE” category that is targeted at the technology savvy contemporary youngsters. The first one was Micromax Superfone A85 priced at 18K in India. For the first time smartphone users, the features, specs and price of Micromax A75 are truly its prized aspect.
As for the designs, Micromax A75 features a 3.75 inch capacitive touch-screen laid above just four feather touch buttons. The four keys are for Menu, Back, Home, and Back. The Micromax A75 runs on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread and that is kind of cool. A domestic produce featuring the most advanced Android operating software and that too at such a price is simply great. Also, there’s a 650 MHz CPU processor in the device that greatly facilitates faster Web browsing, checking e-mails, blogging, uploading photographs, and extensive social networking. Micromax A75 has features like a typical nice smartphone. It enjoys both internal memory and external memory support. The embedded internal memory in Micromax A75 is 256 MB and it boasts of memory expansion to up to 32 GB.

One of the most prized pre-installed app source on Micromax A75 is certainly the Android Market. Users can get best of games and more apps from there as it is a sea of most cool apps and games world over. Besides, there are apps also for Ibibo, M! apps, Quikr, Saavan, Netqin Antivirus, weather, news, stocks.

There’s a good processor in Micromax A75 rated at 650 MHz and that really makes the phone achieve maximum benefit from the embedded Gingerbread OS. Besides, the battery is also supportive, if not great. Micromax A75 boasts of 1300 mAH battery.
Operating frequencies on GSM is 900, 1800 MHz and on 3G is UMTS 2100 MHz over Micromax A75 Superfone. The dashing Android smartphone boasts connectivity via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and microUSB. A75 serves as a good Wi-Fi hotspot and tethers easily with other compatible devices in close vicinity. There’s also GPS support for navigation and Google maps also support the function.
Nokia has launched a competitive device, the Nokia Asha 200 dual SIM phone, at almost similar price range and quite nice features. This Nokia phone has many a good things to offer. Nokia Asha 200 differs from Micromax A75 device in looks as well as operating software. It has a physical QWERTY keypad instead of a touch-screen and it runs the Symbian series 40 operating software. It is out in a whole range of bold colors to attract young users but does not have the Android OS. The phone is good at power management, thanks to its 1 GHz processor and 1430 mAh battery. The social networking and mobile Internet features and applications of Nokia Asha 200 are also quite good. There is also 32 GB expandable memory and Bluetooth support in the phone. Nokia has worked on improvisation of the user interface of the device also and consequently the phone has shortcut keys for accessing instant messaging and music based features. Nokia Asha 200 boasts of enhanced stereo FM radio and loudspeakers and a nice media player. However, Asha 200 lags behind the Micromax device due to its camera. Neither does it have dual cameras nor is the embedded 2 megapixels camera good enough.
