The camera is of 8 megapixels for both the devices but which device produces better images is debatable as it is neck and neck. The battery strength is more with Sony Xperia SP as the device comes powered by the standard lithium ion battery of 2,370mAh as compared to the 2,100mAh offered by Samsung Galaxy SIII.
