The multitouch screen is good as far as responsiveness is concerned but slow as compared to some of its contemporaries like Micromax and Karbonn.

Lava Xolo Q600 when compared to Sony Xperia E has a bigger screen with 4.5 inches for the former and 3.5 inches for the latter. The resolution offered by Lava Xolo Q600 is much higher and so is the pixel density as compared to Sony Xperia E.
