Please don't buy any products from them. I am an avid online shopper from many web stores. I have shopped for first time from SHOPCLUES . It has been my WORST EXPERIENCE. Poor CUSTUMER support, worst delivery time and pathetic dealer network . They even have a company called NETSYS as their dealer that is BLACKLISTED in all other websites. More over they display a different product and send you a different product . All the products that do not have a COD are sure to come to you out of specs because once you have paid , you are duped. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

I have purchase this product from shopclues. they deliver wrong product with less warranty. when i call to shopclues customer care then they not gave good response. Then dot return wrong products and give response so if you purchase product from this site there is no guaranty to deliver your product same as description and no guaranty for return item . this is totally fake site so take care

Shopclues Delivered Product In Wrong Place, Not Refunding Money Respected sir/Ma'm, I Imran khan student of MBBS wants to state that I ordered a Huawaei data card worth Rs.1316 paid online through my debit card from Shopclue online shopping site order no.- 6789607 on 12th september 2013, the product was delivered to a wrong address on 17th september 2013 through India Post Registered with tracking no.- ER741646455. I complained to the shopclue customer care on 18th sept 2013 and they told to wait for 7 working days means upto 25th sept 2013.After that I again called them again and again till now i.e. 29th sept 2013 but they are just giving casual excuses and asking me to wait. I will be highly oblidged if you kindly look in to the matter and get me refund my money back or return my above product. order id 6096147, i ordered this product 32 days back. After 5 days of ordering they changed status to procurement delay. So i requested them to cancel the order and refund the money. After that they responded that your order is being cancelled. Now even after 32 days of ordering my order is still not cancelled & still showing status as procurement delay. I sent them many mails asking why order is still not cancelled but they are not at all responding. Friends plz help me to get my money back. I never saw such a non responsive customer service.

I don't think the product is original. My woofer is not working anymore. i contacted creative, they say they do not have any service center in India. i contacted the seller, they say they can not help as warranty is given by company. shop-clue do not take any responsibility as the purchase is more than one month old.
