Shoppingoutlet is an excellent place to shop mobile, cameras and other electronic accessories. I was in need of a good quality headphone. I had checked couple of online stores, but was not able to find the right one. Finally I ended up at shoppingoutlet where I could find a wide range of products, mainly electronic. I also noticed they had many offers and discounts on most of their products which was impressive. I could easily shortlist a couple of them, some of them were recommended by shoppingoutlet. I finally picked the one that impressed me. The product was placed on an excellent offer which I don’t think any other portals could offer. They promised me to deliver the product in one week and I got the product as expected. In between I could also track my order and find out the current location, which was pretty helpful. The headphone is perfectly compatible with my television, phone and laptop. I would definitely visit this online store for my future purchases. I also recommended shoppingoutlet to couple of friends and they are all happy with their shopping experiences here except for few shipping delays.

As soon I opened shoppingoutlet I understood that the website was all about mobiles. There were various pictures about earphones, headphones, cases, covers and batteries. Every object had some discount associated with it which was around 20%. I was hunting for a new battery for my Huawei U8500 that got damaged. I entered that into the search box on the right side of the main page. Unfortunately I couldn't find it. Batteries from other companies like Nokia and blackberry were available for sale. Some leading shopping site were able to find the product I was looking for. The reason could be that this site doesn't allow individuals to sell. If the company wants to expand then they must include individual sellers as every product can't be sold by brand companies. A customer care number was shown on top of the screen which was not toll free. At the end of the page there was information about the site being features on other sites like junglee and coupon-hero. The most interesting part of shopping site is the affiliate program that was also available for shoppingoutlet. But this took me to another page. Sometimes it is annoying that only popular brands get listed even though Huawei is a top brand. After all the efforts, I could not find the thing that I wanted.

shoppingoutlet.in is another site flashing latest headphones and high discounts but my experience with this company was a nightmare. I ordered some electronic products. They took more than 12 days to dispatch my shipment. It was mentioned while placing the order that the estimated time would be within 5-6 working days. Since it has no COD (Cash-On-Delivery) option , I had to pay the money in advance. I called many times on the phone number displayed on the site but it went unattended, specially, once they came to know my number. I tried calling from different numbers as well but they had only one answer that the shipment was in transit. I checked their 'track your order' option but every day it mentioned 'Fulfillment in progress' . Either their system remain down all the time or its just another trick to gather the money from the customers and leave them worrying about their order until the day they , totally, give up. After two weeks I received my package and the too, the headphones were defective. The main wire was loose. but by then I was so tired and fed up with their poor services that I did not bother to lodge the complaint. The company which could handle the track of the order , how could someone expect to replace the product in one go. I guess, it is just one another way to steal the money from the customers on the name of online shopping.
