I bought a Xperia Miro mobile with Manufacturer warranty and the seller send me an old 2 months used handset. It has all previous user sms and scratches on back panel. when i contacted customer care through mail (they don't have any direct contact number) they called me back within 2 hours and told me to give it to Sony service center for scratches and all (The executive was a dumb. I don't know any company which give replacement for scratches and all). After too many mails they took my parcel via aramex courier. Then i was contacting them in regular basis for my refund. After 25th day they sent me a mail which shows refunded but there is no reference number or anything. Today is the 33rd day from my purchase and waiting for the refund to buy the same product. NEVER EVER BUY PRODUCT FROM TRADUS.COM

Make a look on my pictures and just answer me are these products looking new and genuine.. tradus is master on providing pirated products. these all deodorant which i had ordered are refilled with same fragrance which means they all are not genuine. there is nothing positive about tradus. 1> Disappointing customer service 2> Sale Pirated products 3> Do false commitment 4> Nothing good in tradus

I ordered Samsung S4 Mobile from Tradus,through dealkyahai as seller|(order id 10770070).After 4 days when my order was still showing as awaiting dispatch I tried to call Tradus.But inspite of numerous calls and escalation no one bothered to reply back.Finally I called dealkyahai (seller) directly and came to know that they will be unable to ship my product.They said that Tradus mistakely quoted very less amount for the phone and they cannot meet this requirement.They also said that they informed Tradus by email that they will not be able to deleived the phone. I emailed back to Tradus asking for my refund immediately.I also asked their customer care to call me back.But forget calling they never acknowledged my email.Iam still awaitng for my refund.I tried to call on Tradus several times but no one answers.I will suggest all you friends to never ever buy any product from Tradus.

Worst ever experience. Product order cancelled after 15 days. No refund. Product not dispatched when promised after 3 days where it is not at all dispatched and cancelled without my consent. Also there is no refund though they mention refund is complete.
