Tradus is a good online shopping place where you can find more articles with more choices. I find tradus as a nice online store. Their shipment policy is fair. I made 2 purchases with tradus, first one a chopper which I received it on time. I was very happy with the product. The price of the product was very less compared to any online store. The product also worked very well for me. So when there was a need to buy a keyboard I checked with many stores. At last I decided to with the known online store that is tradus. i ordered the keyboard and was frustrated. I did not receive it on time. After 2 follow ups, I got the keyboard. Any how the piece is too good and is working properly, but it took so much time to receive that. If they deliver the things on time then Tradus is one of the best online store where we can find even small utility articles, and also with a reasonable price. The standard of the products are too good. They are not fake. They provide warranty card for the branded ones. Even though every thing is fine the delay they make in delivering the product is not acceptable. It was a very good experience of purchasing electronic items at croma retail online store. The croma retail have huge number of electronic products. There are so many electronic gadgets available in this online store. I bought a HTC Explorer Mobile phone recently which I purchased after analyzing many other online stores. Price which is offered by Tradus.in is very reasonable. In fact it is one of the sites offering whopping discount of up to 30% which is very attractive. I got this phone at a lower price than MRP. I received the product a little late than expected which is anyways avoidable but I was more shocked to see that it wasn’t properly packed. I quickly opened the box and luckily I found that the handset is looking perfect without any kind of damage. I checked the phone properly, it went with my expectations. So, my overall shopping experience was an average one. The collection of products is very appealing though they need to improve a little on their delivery part and customer service. I tried calling customer care when my expected delivery date exceeded but they did not gave any proper response. But thankfully I got my mobile at a cheaper price than market.

Tradus – keeping up Customer Satisfaction. I am not much into online shopping, however I keep visiting various sites during my free time at work. Few days back I had ordered a health drink product from a similar e-commerce website. And I was very disappointed as I never got the same even after 7 days of ordering. I was later on sent a mail by the Company that the product is out of stock and hence it was not delivered. Every site has its flaws and this one was quite a big bang on me as I am the kind who is not much into online shopping. Couple of days went by and I was going through couple of websites for buying a pair of shoes for my brother. Tradus is a website that I preferred because I had heard a lot from my friends and have received loads of promotional mails in my inbox as well. However being very reluctant I ordered a pair of Urban Woods Casual All Day Wear men’s Loafers for my brother. The price was quite reasonable and I was sure that it would be liked by him, as it caught my eyes at the very first look of it. And believe me, this time I was not let down and I got my order in time and my brother was up on his feet, happy! Thanks to Tradus to not only keep up the Customer’s expectations but also excel in Customer satisfaction.

I saw people using electric shavers which reduce the effort and causes less injuries than blades. I wanted to buy it and thought about buying it online and also send it as a gift to my younger brother in Hyderabad. I logged in to tradus via a search engine and started looking for a the shaver. I came across Maxel Electric Rechargeable Cordless Shaver and Trimmer. I placed an order for Maxel AK-8200 shaver. I received the parcel and wanted to use it immediately. But the wrong product Maxel AK 1017 was delivered. On top of that it was not in working condition. I thought there were no charges for the courier service but I had to pay Rs 434 for the delivery. Though, I wonder how they delivered the perfect order to my brother. Also, there was no confusion in paying for the gift order.
