shoppingoutlet.in is another site flashing latest headphones and high discounts but my experience with this company was a nightmare. I ordered some electronic products. They took more than 12 days to dispatch my shipment. It was mentioned while placing the order that the estimated time would be within 5-6 working days. Since it has no COD (Cash-On-Delivery) option , I had to pay the money in advance. I called many times on the phone number displayed on the site but it went unattended, specially, once they came to know my number. I tried calling from different numbers as well but they had only one answer that the shipment was in transit. I checked their 'track your order' option but every day it mentioned 'Fulfillment in progress' . Either their system remain down all the time or its just another trick to gather the money from the customers and leave them worrying about their order until the day they , totally, give up. After two weeks I received my package and the too, the headphones were defective. The main wire was loose. but by then I was so tired and fed up with their poor services that I did not bother to lodge the complaint. The company which could handle the track of the order , how could someone expect to replace the product in one go. I guess, it is just one another way to steal the money from the customers on the name of online shopping.

It was our anniversary and I was in search of a good gift for my husband. I wanted to gift him something special and memorable. I had heard about zoomin where we could get personalized stuffs get done like mugs, photo book, canvas and more. I decided to see if anything would interest me so registered in zoomin. I was quite amazed to see the online shop with lots of options to make anything personalized with photos. I decided to go for a photo book as nothing else can be a perfect anniversary gift. I was given lot many options to make my own photo book. I chose a photo book type and added the photos I wanted to go in. I could either do the customization myself or have the zoomin team do it for me. I did all the customization myself and ordered the photo book. Zoomin promised me to get the photo book done and delivered in 3 to 4 days. It was one week and my order was still pending. I started getting a bit nervous so tried reaching out their customer care. The executive was very helpful as he tracked my order and told me the order would be delivered in another 2 days. As he said, the order came the very next day and I was extremely pleased to see the quality of the photo book. Just mind blowing and definitely a perfect gift!

I purchased a mug with photo on it and a photo book from Zoomin.com which is rarely available on online platform. The prices of all the items are very reasonable and they also delivered both the things that I ordered before time. The packing of both the items, mug and photo book was done perfectly that no damage can cause while shipping or delivering. I always wanted something like this which reflects personalized touch and I got it from Zoomin.com. Apart from delivery process the quality of images printed are also remarkable. After shopping from this site, I felt that they kept their promise in all the terms and even suggested this site to many of my friends. Thank you for such a great service I hope to order more in future. If possible don’t charge shipping charges as most of the site gives it free on purchase of certain amount.
