I bought it Aug2012 and on first week of use I seem pleased. It does its work nicely. Its not flashy and colorful but okay for which I bought it for.

Received as mentioned and works good. the non-stick plates are good and durable for a good time but they are also losing their coat recently.

this machine is not at all a grill one. its cheating to sell a normal sandwich maker by telling grill & toast.
