Nikon Coolpix L26 is a compact camera of 16.1 megapixels. It is equipped with CCD sensor type and it capable of 4X zoom. It also comes with an image stabilizer. The former can take up 680 shots while the later can take up to 350 shots when charged fully. The batteries can be availed from anywhere in the world.

The HD video mode is capable of delivering excellent quality pictures with 1280 X 720 dot pixel resolution as well as 30 fps. The camera is also equipped with EXPEED C2 image processor that minimizes the grains in any picture thereby enhancing the photograph taking experience.

Shutter speed range of Nikon Coolpix L26 stands at1/2000 in one second. This limit can be lessened to four seconds in the Fireworks Show Mode. Cons

Coming to the cons of Nikon Coolpix L26, the images produced by this camera are not suited for large prints. This camera is a little bit slow to use.  It takes some time to start up as well as while moving from shot to shot. It is also not possible to control the ISO speed on this camera. A minimum focusing distance of 10 cm is required with this camera which is not always possible. So, as we see, Nikon Coolpix L26 is a perfect buy for those who are looking for a fuss free photography that enables them to preserve their memories and keep them fresh for a long time to come.
