Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX80 Point & Shoot is no doubt a good looking ultra compact digital camera with a fancy wide range lens, i.e. 24 mm ultra wide! The camera comes with a 5x optical zoom that increases its power during Intelligent Zoom function to equiv. 10x. The cameras bold features include full HD video making with stereo sound, a 12 megapixel sensor with high speed shooting at up to 4fps. Also, comprises a 3-inch LCD touch screen with a easy navigating system for beginners and professionals alike. It has a wide range of creative filters from Expressive, Retro, High & Low key to Sepia, Toy effect, Soft focus and plenty others. Edge is delivered to it by its function of Aesthetic retouch. It has a good functioning O.I.S.AF Tracking, Intelligent ISO Control, Face Detection, Intelligent Scene Selector and Intelligent Exposure.
Design and Build Quality
The camera comes with a metal body, a power button, shutter and zoom rocker on its top. Also, a dedicated video recording button on its rear for instantaneousness regardless of the mode you are in. There is not much grip so a wrist strap won’t hurt on the safe side. This compact camera regardless, slides very effortlessly into your pockets and gives a well built feel.
