Worst service and excuse from Panasonic India.

The camera is superb and has great functions. Panasonic India service is worst. Think hundred times before you buy this camera in India. I Had bought this camera last January and all of a sudden lines have started coming the LCD Panel.Gave the same to service center for repair. Their service center engineer checked the same and confirmed it is the LCD problem.This means manufacturing defect.The lines are spreading in the LCD panel, even when not using.
The below mail from Panasonic speaks for their service quality. Sorry these people are spoiling the reputation of Panasonic Japan.

We have again re-check customer unit at Advance Electronics- Mumbai, after investigation we found LCD is working fine even no quality issue in recorded video.
But on top of LCD panel has patch mark- since it's touch LCD panel and mark could appear due to usage not because of LCD/Part quality failure.
We have tested the same camera at Neelam Electronics- Ahmedabad , also- Same report from ASC as above.
So we would like to inform you that, part replacement will be on chargeable basis.

How in the world lines can come by using the touch screen. If this holds true , all smartphones must be useless within few days of use.
Also Neelam Electronis never mentioned this and in fact they said the problem was with loose cable and they repaired it. Nothing but a pack of lies.
As a last resort will take the matter with consumer court for this rubbish reason from Panasonic India.
If there is any way I can proceed this matter, please help me my friends.
