I bought this TV almost 4 months back, but i was not able to download any app on this TV. And since I am not able to do the same, I have called Micromax Customer Care number almost 10-12 times, but

Image quality is good. When using Google chrome for casting, image is perfect and can see the 4k difference. Also the sound quality is much better. The only drawback is using their browser to load

First Regarding the Micromax Support:
1. They don't know how to interact with the customer. They will install TV only between 12PM to 6:00PM only and if you call the customer care they will not

Worst TV it doesn't support apps and google play store restarts frequently by default it has many issues can't download apps like youtube and many other coming to service very lowest standard

Product received on 31st jul17, wallmount done on 2nd Aug, found no software update, micromax ppl went away, waiting for full installation & successful demo. if not found ok I need return.

This TV is a blot on the name of smart tv. it can not play a video of 720p on youtube though its a UHD TV. ( Hangs every time when i do so ).
As a Basic TV unit it works fine
