Adapter is not working within 3 months.
The one I got is in US service tag.
If you want any service or warranty related support it must be transferred to Indian Service tag.
So, please think twice before buying this laptop.

I ordered Dell inspiron for my wife as a gift for her birthday. It arrived on 2nd June Thursday. We opened it up only to find that it was not working. It keeps throwing the message - "The hard drive is not found". I was really dejected to get a faulty piece which is not at all expected from a brand like Flipkart. I immediately informed Flipkart about the same and also told them to replace it at the earliest as it was a gift for my wife. Instead of quick replacement, they told me that the seller DEEPAKSHOPPE would not take the product back and hence they offered to repair it for me. It is already annoying in first place to receive a faulty product and to top it they expect me to gift my wife a repaired laptop. How can even someone give such an offer. I said I would not accept that and I need a replacement. They said the technician would be there at our place on 8th June, by 6pm. I left early from office on 8th june and made sure I was available at home at 6pm only to receive a call from Flipkart that the technician would come on 10 june as they were busy with other tasks. On 10th June i.e. today I again left office early as Flipkart executive promised me that the technician would make it today without fail. But I was disappointed to know that Flipkart is a company that forgets customers after the purchase. Even today they have not turned up. I wanted to make my wife's birthday special but that couldnt happen, I hope that they atleast give me a good product for the price I paid. I should have gone to a physical store where I can check the product before I can purchase and could have also gifted my wife on time. It was a mistake to buy the laptop from flipkart. Is this how Flipkart treats its loyal customers????? I want everyone to know to be ready for such disappointments if you book from flipkart. Also the flipkart executive told me that DEEPAKSHOPPE seller wont take a faulty product back. Please take care when you order any product from this seller. One suggestion from my side - Please rename FLIPkart to FLOPkart because thats what you do with the surprises your customers plan for their family and that is how your customer service is. Forced to give rating of 1 as it would not let me proceed. It deserves no rating!
Received 500GB HDD Laptop !!!

Ordered this product on 28/05/2016, received the product on 05/06/2016 from DEEPAKSHOPPE with 500GB HDD instead of 1TB.
The product spec says it comes with pre-loaded windows 8.1, there is no " Certificate of Authenticity Label" on the back of the laptop. Disappointed with the flipkart service.
