With great confidence on Flipkart, we ordered the laptop from one of the seller who has best rating although by paying additional amount. Laptop received within promised date and with wonderful packing.
Its working fine from last many months. Go for this model which is a value for money with great comfort of use.
Question About Accessories ,OS and Insurance

I am interested in the Inspiron 15 5558 (5th Gen i3/1TB/6GB) variant. But I like to get clarified about certain items.
1. Whether Laptop bag and wirless mouse included in the package?
2. Whether Silver Color variant is available?
3. Whether Windows 10 Home version supplied with Dell recently for this variant is available?
4. If Windows 8.1 is only available in the product which you deliver, then do you provide the OS DVD along with it?
5. Whether any driver DVD or recovery DVD is provided along with the laptop?
6. Whether I can add 2yr Accidental damaged warranty provided by dell @1999 in offer can be added to this product? If so how can i do it?
Kindly answer the above questions to make my purchase experience happy.

I am using Dell 5558361TBiB for last 6 months. I get an extraordinary performance from this laptop.. it does not get hot after using 8-9 hours continuously. and also i am playing high definition game on this laptop. It has intel 5500 HD graphics... Webcam is too good. Overall performance is very good. i think this laptop is value for money. And afterall this is "DELL".... So better performance is expected always from this brand...

Online it says 2 years warranty but in actual it's having 1 year warranty only. So buy from another vendor instead of "Guruji Traders"

flipkart is showing different product in his website and providing different product to his customers . After receiving payment no body is here to solve victim problem,
I am a victim of flipkart have received a different laptop that is not mention on flipkat website .Now Iam taking continous follow up with flipkart But nobody is responding .
It is totally custumer dishonesty and cheating program .

It is very good for daily usage from dell till date as it covers nearby all needs it has 6gb of ram which supports its drawback having i3 processor from intel and 1TB of hard disc intel 5500 graphics very nice black mat finished design.loved it very much..

The product is actually a value for money. I even got a Dell laptop bag with this product which wasn't informed in the portal. They indicators lights are not useful as my previous Dell laptop, hence don't know whether the laptop is actually ON, status of Wifi, Charging etc.

DO NOT BUY DELL LAPTOPS: I have bought the dell laptop 5 months back. I got the laptop in the late evening. Next day morning after installing the windows, I tested for the battery life. To my shock, the battery came only for one and half hour. I went and raised the ticket in dell support. For 3 days there was no response. So I called Dell's toll free number. Someone took the call to cut it immediately. Then I posted my message (should I say my plight) on Dell India forum. Then I got personal message from Dell asking me to provide my Laptop details. I provided the details including the photos of the laptop and battery. Then for some time there was no response. Again I started following up in the messenger. I was asked to share the same data. After some clarification I shared the data. Then there was silent for some time. Then again I started the process. This time people responded and calls were arranged. They asked me to reinstall my windows. Then they took my laptop on remote to do the trouble shoot. Updated the drivers and asked me to reinstall again. Everything was done. They asked me to run it for about a month with all sorts of application. if the issue is not resolved they will replace my battery. So after some time I reached them using the FB personal messenger . Now again, I have been asked to provide the details which was provided multiple times to them. Not only that, they want to arrange for a call and do the trouble shooting process telling that they cannot replace the defective battery. My question here is, will they provide these shabby support to the customers of US and UK? Since they do not have any customer support center you cannot reach them either unless they are pleased to answer your calls Please think before buying the Dell Laptop which does not have any customer support at all. If your hardware is defective, certainly they are not going to take responsibility or support. They might prolong the issue till your warranty gets expired. I request consumers to be careful for making the wrong decision of buying dell laptop.
