CHEAP QUALITY HARDWARE, DO NOT GO FOR THIS PRODUCT AT ALL

I bought this TV 23-MAR-2014 for 36K. The product is now out of warranty. All of a sudden the Display of the TV went Black but audio is fine. When contacted Samsung service they said the LED panel is gone and it will cost me 14,000 Rupees fix it. In order to inspect the TV they are charging 600 + 14% Vat extra. Samsung is not ready to give any concession on this as they keep on saying that the product is out of warranty. But if a 15 months old TV is met with such big fault, I'm not sure what the quality of the Product they are manufacturing is. Most frustrating reply from Samsung is that these things will happen in electronic product? They don't seem to be care about the quality of the product they sell at all. In fact when I bought this TV I was told that there is no need of buying an additional voltage stabilizer as the TV has got an inbuilt one. But I did buy a voltage stabilizer and connected it to the TV. In spite of all these the product went fault. NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS PRODUCT.

Bought the same TV from a shop. TV was not functioning after 14 months. Warranty was for 1yr. I contacted customer service. I was informed that panel has gone defective. So has to replace panel, which costs 14,000rs. In addition to this they charged an amount for checking TV. Very very bad experience. I strongly recommend not to purchase this.
Defective model!! TV's screen developed small dark patches all around!!

I bought this TV mid July of this year (2015) from a Samsung showroom and recently a lot of small black patches appeared on the screen. I gave a complaint to customer service and they ensured same day inspection (kudos to Samsung CS) and the service engineer in a split second said panel is defective and started processing for a free in warranty replacement. The fact that he didn't try to wipe the screen with a cleaner proves that this model has a defective screen and is wide spread.
Anyways, the Samsung customer care has promised to refund my money. Lets see!! Will update this post soon.

very cheap quality product .,dont go for it.same panel problem which is very costly to get replaced and it went black after warranty is over.

Time to delivered the product.
but invoice what is in online the same print attached on the box there is no original invoice... in case any problem on feature Original invoice is required...

Yesterday it is Installed in my Home.
Looks very good quality,Ports,Parts like remote,cables etc..
USB port is working very good.
Clarity is good in Dark also.
