flipkart.com---The Online MEGACHEATER----Misguiding customers Always and selling the products. Dejected & Betrayed by Flipkart
by Nishant Padelkar on 2014-01-23
I had purchased a laptop (HP Pavilion 15-E015TX Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 1TB/ Win8/ 1GB Graph) from flipkart. Before buying I had called flipkart for guidance and offer confirmation. The executive told me that I would get the laptop with freebies (HP Backpack Additional 2 Years Onsite Warranty + Additional 1 Year Norton Internet Security + HP Wireless Mouse + HP Headset.) at Rs 43080/-. But when the laptop was delivered to me I got only Backpack along with the laptop. When I enquired about the remaining Freebies, Flipkart told me that I would have to pay Rs 2000 more to get the remaining freebies. When I complained to them that, I was assured by flipkart executive that I will get all the freebies mentioned above and hence I went for this product. I also told them that they can listen to the recording of the call which was made by me before buying the product. But the cheater Flipkart management is saying that their executive never gave any such assurance. I also asked them to make me listen to those recordings, but they are not ready to do so because they know that their cheating tactics of selling the products by making false promise will get exposed. I request everyone NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART. I am really dejected and betrayed by pathetic service of Flipkart.
Awesome Product. Just go for it.

I was looking around for anykind of laptop which would suit my requirements & this particular model satifsifed me. I took a look at this product in croma & HP world, had a hands on experiance on it & then, booked myself this.
As, you people are aware of 64gb ssd available in the slate & 500gb available in keyboard base, you might have some thinking about what data to keep on slate & how.
Even, i was worried about this. But, it all got sorted out, when i saw a micro sd card slot located near the Keyboard dock connector. So, i just put a 32gb sandisk class10 card & i am less worried about storage there.
The laptop i saw in croma & hp world was m008tu model(Corei5 model), it was in golden color. But, this model, m009tu(Corei3 model), comes only in black & grey.
Boot time of the laptop is hardly 5 sec's.
Storage :- Usable space in the c drive is roughly 31gb.
i had to remove some unusable softwares & get got about 35gb to use.
Well, i hope this review should help u decide on & close the deal. I am full happy with this product.
Also, there is some offer going in HP, which would increase the warranty of this product to 3 years. Kindly google about it.
Flipkart always rocks.
please read this review before buying any hybrid

i bought this laptop on 1 Jan for hp world far now it looks good
at first i was going to buy hp envy x2 and the other low cost hybrid from acer and lenovo but after going to hp world i reliased that these hybrids dint have enough space they had only 64GB space for all your win 8,soft wares, music, etc which is very less so i bought this hybrid costing my pockets, but having 64 gb ssd(for tablet) and 500 GB (in the base)
here are some pros and cons
-full touch with multi-touch
-tablet can be detached from laptop
-core i3 3rd gen
-can be upgraded free from win 8 to 8.1
-both base and tab can be charged
-the processor ram etc remains is in the tab
-micro SD card reader in tab and SD reader in base
-both the tablet and base can be heavy approx 3.3 kg
-base- only USB,hdmi port is given tablet- only mic and headphone port is given
-no cd drive
-cannot use USB drive when using tablet
this is a good hybrid made by HP,but please go to your nearest laptop store and view this hybrid hands on compare and then buy, otherwise you could regret the cons mentioned above
So happy with the buy but flipkart sent me black instead of silver..!!

The laptop is awesome.so as the tablet...one cant believe so easy is the transition from laptop mode to tablet mode and both are working great so far...the keyboard is just awesome..the only thing lacking is the back light...yet it is very comfortable..screen size is perfect...boot time is lightning fast....brilliant screen resolution....but the only thing that sucks is the touchpad....don't know why it freezes time and time again and this is very irritating...i hope this problem gets fixed soon.else this hybrid device is worth buying..!!!
Worked fine for first 10 months and now regular problems, with pathetic HP Service
by Abhishek Chaudhry on 2014-10-03
After using this laptop for 10 months, I have now started facing serious problems.
Firstly this is a very heavy laptop and even using tab alone is very heavy.
Battery have always been maximum upto 3.5 hours, so its pathetic.
Now after using it for 10 months, my laptop touch have stopped working. It will work for first 5 to 10 minutes and then I have to restart the laptop to use touch. I have complained this to HP and without checking anything they have replaced my Touch Panel thrice and problem is still not resolved.
Also now at times only touch works and your keyboard stops working and Hard Disk drive in base is not detected.
HP is not able to fix this issue in last 2 months.
Further it is better to buy a touch laptop rather than buying this heavy split laptop as you will not enjoy using it as a tab moreover HP have ignored the connectivity issues while making this model and still they are not able to fix it. So I will give it 2 stars.
Further About flipkart I would give 3 stars as there service have been good but despite my efforts to them they have still displayed wrong picture of this laptop. Laptop is all black from inside as against silver displayed in product image.
Price is higher than Actual HP Store Price

I don't understand when HP itself sells this product at 59,990 (Inclusive of Free shipping & taxes), flipkart charges 2500 higher..
As a whole - Great laptop

Easy to pluck out the screen without hassle, battery backup is merely 6-7 hours (not 14 hours in anyway) with minimum brightness level and over WiFi, nice isolated keyboard, very good touch screen but uncomfortable touch pad, no heating problem, best part - cpu fan exhaust placed behind webcam and not on base so you may even freely keep the laptop on bed for longer duration, nice and sleek design and last but not least, heavier than you can ever expect :D
Over all, with a price segment of 60k to 70k, i can recommend this as a best selection
