I have ordered a crystal 10 in 1 kitchen machine but the chopping and mixing bowl" has been delivered in cracked.I have ask the custmer support to refund the money and initiate the pick up but they told me that pick up facility is not available for this product and i have to return the courier by myself.Somehow I managed to return the courier through indian post but the courier return to me after 7 day.when i inform you than they ask me to return the same again .When i asked them the reason why my pack is returned then they don't have any answer and kept ask me to send the packet again though standard courier service.I had paid 960rs for product and 137rs for courier cost and now again standard courier service will cost me 620rs.I had to paid 1700rs for a damaged product.they will refund only one time courier chages and product cost that is 1150rs only.Please refund my all expense that i have bear for this damaged product than i will send the product again.

Homeshop18 is a Biggest cheat asked for calling tab and sent wifi tab and when check even camera is owrst not visible anything. launched complaint team asking to visit service center issue from 1st day and not resolution.
Sells and Fake and Cheap product and when time to replace or refund. Never Agree for that worst policies and worst Customer Service.
Instead I would recomment buying from Internet online stores e.g. www.Flipkart.com, www.snapdeal.com, www.amazon.in ** at least you have security that product will be definitely replaced or money would be refunded. There is never so much argument on refund or replacement.
Overall Worst Experience and I had came in touch with lot of other people where HomeShop18 cheated and not agreeing to refund or replace the product.
Will Never Ever Shop again with HomeShop18 or any TV Channel Sellers.

Homeshop 18 is the biggest thugging network in India. I want to share one of my worst experience with it.
I bought 101 pieces steel dinner set for 6000 rs + 150 rs delivery charges on 14th may 2015 booking cash on delivery the courier guy delivered me the items on 20 may 2015 and he took money and went off when I checked the product its quality was totally unacceptable and you can imagine they mentioned 16 kg weight on the website but its actually 6-7 kg only and the they mentioned free products one pressure cooker, one iron and one bag but only pressure cooker was there in the box that’s too of very low quality but packaging list on the top shows that it include all items so their packing list and items alos not matching.
Somehow I thought to return the product but these guys started telling so many things asking me to scan the bill and send pack the items and courier to the address they are not ready to arrange the pickup even I am ready to pay for that. My order number is 969927039.
I request all the peoples who are buying online please don’t buy from homeshop 18 because it is impossible to get refund from these guys unlike to flipkart and amazon and other good brand sites. They deliver always low quality products home shop 18 by collaborating with local suppliers just thugging the peoples.
