Nokia 100 is a simple basic feature phone by the Finnish handset maker, Nokia, which has a simple and rubberized alpha numeric keypad with broad keys that are easy and comfortable to use. It is a sturdy and compact handset that you can use for smooth texting and long duration calls. For entertainment it has the support of FM radio only where you have to use the 3.5mm universal headphone for the FM radio connectivity as it works as an antenna for the radio to catch signals. It has a 5 way navigational D-pad that you can use to do most of your tasks like scrolling, selecting, etc. This device is easy to carry in your front pocket as it comes packed in a very compact size of 110mm x 45.5mm x 14.9mm with a mere weight of 69.8 grams that makes the phone very light and an easily handleable device. Along with being light in weight, it is a very cheap device that will not cause burden on your pocket, neither literally nor economically. It has all those basic features like messaging, calling, alarm, calculator, notes calendar, games, FM radio, etc. that are necessary for everyday work and that will also makes your work easy and fast.

Nokia 100 holds a 1.8 inches wide colored LCD screen that does not support touch inputs but provides a very clean and rich resolution of 128 x 160 pixels where 65 thousand colors conspires to make as many color combinations as they can to give versatility to the display. The display shows a pixel density of 114 pixels per inch that makes the screen looks clear, vibrant and sharp with different color variety. It is running on Nokia Series 30 operating system and has very friendly user interface on top of it that makes it easy for you to work with this device. This software supports up to 5 amount of phonebooks. The phone has a classic design that looks pretty much sturdy and the plastic chassis played a vital role in keeping the weight down of the device. The alpha numeric keypad of this device is easy to use and will never cause pain to your fingers even after long hours of usage.

Nokia 100 is a simple basic feature phone that is designed and developed for the basic usage. For the entertainment purpose you are provided with the facility of FM radio that will provide you with the latest released songs and will also give you some important and relevant pieces of news. This device does not have any music player nor it has a video player as the primary camera is missing from the phone.


Nokia 100 does not have any primary camera that you can use to capture or record your best and special moments with. Nokia 100 holds an internal storage space of 8MB only that you can use to store up to 500 phone book entries along with call records and messages. Since the microSD card slot is missing from the device, it is impossible for you to increase the external memory of the handset for storing some other extra files. But you will not feel the urge to increase its external memory as there is no facility of Bluetooth or USB port so you cannot exchange the media files with the other devices. And the Internet facility is also missing from the phone so you cannot download the multimedia files either.

Nokia 100 has all the basic features and applications like calendar, messaging, organizer, calculator, notes, speaking alarm clock, calling, games, FM radio, flash light, and the 32-polyphonic ringtones built in the light phone allows you change ringtones every day. The pre-installed calendar helps you to manage your busy timetable, and the speaking alarm clock is there to make sure that you are always on time to your office or in your meeting. Other features like screensavers, themes, shortcuts keys and many more are available on the handset. The handset also allows you to send pictures messages to your friends. The pictures are supported in .BMP format.


Nokia 100 holds a very strong and standard Li-Ion 850 mAh (BL-5CB) battery that is capable of delivering a talk time of up to 6 hours 42 minutes and the standby time for 2G network is 609.3 hours. This battery consumes 3.7V of voltage that is very economical. You can also listen to your favorite FM radio stations for long hours without facing any battery drainage problem.


Nokia 100 offers connectivity to GSM networks only at a bandwidth of 900 / 1800 MHz and 1800 / 1800 MHz for 2G networks. There is no 3G network facility available with the phone so you cannot enjoy its lightening fast speed.
