I purchased a Laptop (Samsung NP350E5CS02IN Intel Core I3 4GB 750GB Win 8 2GB HD Graphics Notebook Laptop) on 17.11.2013 from Kaunsa.com portal of order no KA/191320/V6P3P0QF (Ref no: Kaun/191320) and pay on the same date through Credit card of Rs 33975.00 and immediate confirmation of payment and order received from Kaunsa portal and they will also mention in their portal that material will be delivered to me with in 2nd of December 2013. I raise a complain on 28.11.2013 on their portal as they have no intimation of dispatch of my order. They also reply me on 29.11.2013 as they are coordinating the matter.On 04.12.2013 they reply that they are unable to send the order and instead of that they will want to give me cash voucher instead of that. As I am refuse to to accept cash voucher, they also assured on 06.12.2013 that they will delivered that material from other seller within a week. But unfortunately, till date neither they send my ordered material, nor they they refund my money. There are repeated communication through phone on their customer care no 0120-4835000, but nobody answer properly and seems they are fraud concern.
Please help me to get back the money back
