Battlegrounds Mobile India To Use OTP For Authentication; Know More

The launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India is around the corner and a lot of revelations are going on in the market. Speculations are that the game will be rolled out on June 18 but no official statement has been made by the franchise regarding that. The latest update regarding the game is that Battlegrounds Mobile India will be using the gamer's mobile numbers and OTP authentications for log in. The support page related to the same thing says that lagging in via your mobile number and authenticating it through an OTP that you will receive via an SMS will be the sole way to make a log-in to the game. This system of log in is going to be completely different from other competitors of Battlegrounds Mobile India already available in the market like Call Of Duty Mobile, Free Fire, and others. These alternatives allow the user to log in to the game using their Facebook and Google accounts along with a few other available options. BattleGrounds Mobile India OTP Authorization

The support page of the game says that all the players will be able to join the game after entering the OTP in a span of 5 minutes of receiving it. Users can also put the OTP in the verify code box for a maximum of three times. If the players are not able to enter the OTP correctly in the given number of chances, they can ask for a new OTP which will again come with a validity of 5 minutes. In total, players will get 10 OTPs for the purpose of authentication. If a user wastes all the 20 attempts, then he/she will be restricted for 24 hours. The most amazing part is that 10 accounts can be registered on a single mobile number.
