Vivo sub-brand iQOO is all set to roll out a brand new smartphone named iQOO Neo 5 5G. The smartphone will launch on March 16, 2021, as revealed in the latest teaser. Expectations are that the smartphone will hit the market with a Snapdragon 870 processor. An official iQOO account on Weibo dropped the teaser in which the launch date was mentioned.
The smartphone is said to have an extra-ordinary refresh rate along with a triple rear camera set up, high capacity RAM., etc. Moreover, users will also get a durable battery along with high voltage charging support. Let’s have a look at the specifications based on leaks and rumours.
iQOO Neo 5 5G Specifications
No leak has suggested the display size of the smartphone but it is in the air that it will have a Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate for delivering a super smooth experience. iQOO Neo 5 will be based on the latest Android 11 OS and will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. Users may also get 12GB RAM along with 256GB of internal storage.
Talking about the camera, iQOO Neo 5 will have a triple rear camera set up including a 48MP primary sensor, 13MP ultra wide angle lens, 2MP macro shooter. On top of that, the smartphone will also offer a 16MP front camera for the sake of selfies. iQOO Neo 5 will be powered by a 4400 mAh durable battery that will either support 66W fast charging or 88W fast charging. In both cases, the smartphone will get fully charged in less than an hour.
As per the latest leaks, the 8GB RAM variant of the smartphone with 128GB internal storage will be available around a price of Rs 35,000, and the 8GB RAM variant along with 256GB internal storage at a price of Rs 37,000. On the other hand, a 12GB RAM variant of the smartphone along with 128GB internal storage will be available at a price of Rs 39,000 and the one with 256GB internal storage will be available at a price of Rs 45,000.
