Realme 8 5G Spotted On BIS, May Launch In India With 50W Charging Support

Realme 8 series has been just launched in India and the first sale of the smartphones has started today. Now, The Realme 8 5G variant has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) certification website. As per the expectations, the smartphone will be launched in India soon as it is already in the testing phase. As per the reports, Realme 8 5G has been certified by Thailand's NBTC and BIS with model number RMX3241. However, there is no such rigid information regarding the key specifications of the smartphone. Still, the leaks and rumours have cleared out the air regarding the specifications of the smartphone. Realme 8 5G Specifications

Realme 8 5G is surely going to be an upgraded version of the recently launched Realme 8. The smartphone may come with 6.4 inch FHD+ AMOLED display along with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor that comes paired with 8GB internal storage and 128GB of internal storage. It will be based on the Android 11 operating system and will have a smooth User Interface. Realme 8 5G will also sport a triple rear camera set up including a 64MP primary shooter, 2MP monochrome shooter, and a 2MP macro shooter. In addition to that, users may also see a 16MP front camera for getting the best selfie shots and high-quality video calls. The smartphone will be powered by a battery of 5000 mAh battery that will go on for a day without any issue. Moreover, the battery of the smartphone will also support 50W fast charging that will completely charge the smartphone from zero to 100% in less than an hour.

Pricing And Availability

There is no official confirmation or rumour regarding the pricing of the smartphone. As per the speculations, the smartphone may be launched near a price of Rs 20,000. As per the launch date, the smartphone may hit the Indian market by the first week of May.
