Realme GT Neo 5 SE revealed, check pricing, specs, and more

Realme just unveiled the GT Neo 5 SE, their newest flagship in China. The smartphone features a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 CPU, up to 16GB of RAM, and a staggering 1TB of storage. The GT Neo 5 SE has a triple back camera arrangement, with a primary 64-megapixel sensor serving as the focal point, and a 1.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. A 4,500mm square 3D tempered vapour chamber (VC) cooling system is incorporated inside the gadget for efficient heat dissipation. The phone is powered by a 5,500mAh battery that supports 100W rapid charging.

The dual-SIM (Nano) GT Neo 5 SE, which runs Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13, has a 6.74-inch 1.5K (1,240x2,772 pixels) display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and a maximum brightness of 1,400 nits. It has a 93.69% screen-to-body ratio and fully covers the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The smartphone can accommodate up to 16GB of RAM thanks to its Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 Processor and Adreno GPU 725. The smartphone has GT mode 4.0, which improves CPU and GPU performance. Long gaming sessions benefit from effective heat management thanks to the 4,500mm square 3D tempered VC cooling system.

An 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 112-degree field of view and an f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro lens with an f/3.3 aperture, and a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture are all part of the AI-backed Matrix triple rear camera configuration on the GT Neo 5 SE. A 16-megapixel front-facing camera accommodates selfies and video calls with an f/2.45 aperture. Up to 1TB is available for storage.

The new smartphone comes with various connectivity options, including 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, NFC, and a USB Type-C connection. The gadget is equipped with a variety of sensors, including acceleration, proximity, geomagnetic, gyro, and ambient light sensors. Furthermore, Dolby Atmos and two stereo speakers are supported.

The 5,500mAh battery in the GT Neo 5 SE supports 100W quick charging. It is 163.9x75.8x8.95mm in size and weighs 193.1 grammes. The base model features 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and priced at CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 24,000), while the 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage variant costs CNY 2,199 (approximately Rs. 26,200). The base model with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage costs CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 27,400), while the most expensive variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage costs CNY 2,599 (about Rs (roughly Rs. 31,000). The smartphone is presently available for preorder in the colours Arctic Black and Final Fantasy.
