I had bought a karbon Smart tab2 online from kaunsa.com I had the worst ever experience.....first of all the product was not delivered to me...and that product wont be delivered was told to me by the company after 1 month or so, was repeatedly assured by the company that the product will be delivered in 15 days max...den another 5 working dyas request was asked...then too not delivered...then was only getting assurances that it will be delivered soon..finallly product was NOT delivered and told me to buy anything else from the site gave a cash voucher which does not work...repates mails were sent to the customer service only got automated mails from the site sayin we will answer in24-48 hrs ...no call or no mail reply at all...worst ever experience buying online...one more flaw to add this site has many products priced 0 which is weird..this site is fraud.. address given is wrong...

These guys are con artists. If you fall for their low price then the fault is entirely yours. they don't have the products they advertise, and then it takes months to get your refund (if you ever get it back). Use your head..if it is too good to be true it probably isn't. It's also a shame that the government can't shut these guys down.
