Hi Ms/Shopclues, I don't know shopcluse but it's courier service is very bad and totally unsatisfied. India's very BAD service of shopclues. very very dirty and poor service.. it is fraud who debit amount from my account but product did not deliver, status is showing delivered..... I m totally unsatisfied. Nobody please don't purchase from shopclues. Any update on this, we didn't get still please do the necessary refund my amount other wise I will have to take legal(consumer court) action against shopclues. please do ASAP... Regards, Gulzar

ORDER NO: 59023037 RETURN ID: 1733827 PLEAE DONOT BUY ANY GARBAGE FROM SHOPCLUES. THEY R CHEAT N FRAUD. READ BELOW MY STORY!!!!!!! PRODUCT: Samsung 40J5100 Full HD Slim LED Television 40" Although it was disappointing receiving the product after a delay of 20 days and upon receiving the product. The screen was cracked and when I called the customer care, They asked to file a return complaint which is to be done within 24hrs upon receiving of the product. Which I did and now there is no reply from Shopclues nor anybody turned up to collect the the Broken TV. So M left with broken Tv at home and all money blocked with Shopclues. I would suggest Flipkart Ebay and Amazon r doing better job then this. Even if U have to pay 10k extra for any product Please do and order from Flipkart or from any other site but NOT SHOPCLUES. Else You will end up like me with pain of loosing the money and and no replacement.

I received a redmi note 4g mobile two weeks ago. After that i found out that there was a "headset" connected symbol on top screen of the mobile. I have not connected any headset but still the headset symbol shows up. I made a call from the mobile then i found out that the other person across the line was not able to hear me and i was also not able to hear what the other person spoke. I clicked the speaker option on the mobile then its working. I mean to say that this mobile is having some sort of issues which prevents it from being used in normal mode (without speakers). Ispoke with one of your customer care executive and they gave me address of Authorised Redmi service centre. I went there today. They told me that its a hardware issue and they also told me that they DO NOT support Redmi products brought from Shop clues. i was really shocked.They checked the serial nos on the mobile and told me that this mobile is not an authorised mobile and it has been sold to me from another person. the ten day replacement guarantee is bullshit and shopclues is the best fraud forgery online shopping company. I advice everyone not to buy anything from shopclues. they are cheats.

Ordered for skullcandy earphone s2ikfy323 (shopclues order no.-20082413)but got a fake and wrong earphone from shopclues.Requested for a refund but still did not get any reply.They are big cheaters fooling and misguiding the customers. Product is fake and is of very poor sound quality.
