An Online website that will not ship to anywhere in India if its not convenient with them and the retailers they represent. After ordering a product, they made me wait 2 weeks before canceling it saying "This product is not available in your area." which is such crap coming from an online company who is suppose to ship to all over India. The price of the product went up Rs 40 after a week from the time I ordered it and SnapDeal and their retailers back down? They kept my money for about 3 weeks (one week to return it) and i get nothing and lose the opportunity to buy the product from other sites/retailers. Many people are telling me they are running a scam like the NSEL. They take your money, use it for whatever and return it without interest?

A third class website...always shows error when browsing the site.. I bought 5 products till date and out of which 3 products they cancelled saying they were out of stock.. and the cancellation was done after 10 days..! I had to wait a month to get back the money..piece of crap..! NEVER WILL BUY FROM THEM

Could not even place order correctly. The website is technically third rate. The coupon code did not work resulting in higher price invoice. Customer support did not resolve the issue in time. Now prices have changed and it is surely going to be bad business for SnapDeal if this is the way they conduct business.

I purchased one Laptop on this site at a very attractive price. The company never delivered the goods. Rather cancelled the order with an excuse that product is not available. Still the product is available at site but at a higher price. No one should rely on Snapdeal.com

The company has unfair policy of showing products on deals. Firstly, the MRP or the original price is shown too much and even after discount the price is sometimes more than price available on stores or other sites. Secondly, if deals are good and products are bought, the company doesn't deliver the products and sell them later to other purchasers who have bought the same product at higher price after deal is over. This way the person who bought the product while the deal was there never gets the products, all he/she gets is sorry mail/sms/call..
