Display Stopped Working with in a week

Display suddenly stopped Working with for no apparent reason, now it doesnt switch on, it
only shows up a dark gray screen, have asked for replacement, keeping fingers crossed.
I hope the flipkart team responds in a dignified way

This is the most ridiculous experience I had. I bought a tv, which is delivered in 2 days and it takes ages for installation.
Strangely enough I cannot install it because warranty is void.
If you cannot assure installation at time, don't make false claim of delivery on time. It was a big mistake that I put my trust of Flipkart. Online retail is not meant for clumsy people.
It is your duty to ensure installation, like any other shopkeeper, but the response from you support team is pathetic.
The purchase was made for an emotional reason and will look at all possible action for the stress caused.
Regret trusting you.
TV seems great but Flipkart's service is Horribly Bad. Getting TV Installation from Philips is a Nightmare

The good parts: The TV features are great. Cost is compelling. Delivery was quick. Philips is a good, respectable brand. Even you great grandpa probably used something from philips if only a rusty radio.
Now the bad parts: (1) Flipkart's horrid customer service. (2) Flipkart's horrid customer service. (3) Flipkart's horrid customer service.
The 48 hour delivery promise is a joke. Plan on having to call 4-5 times (8-10 times if you are particularly lucky) & wasting a couple of hours on the phone shouting at clueless customer service execs before you'll get installation done. You know you've really become a loyal Flipkart customer when you can hum the Flipkart call-on-hold music (Muzak?) in your sleep.
I'd say plan on waiting 5 days to a week for installation after delivery (Day #6 & I am still waiting). And this when I'm living in Mumbai. Not some remote, inaccessible dusty village. Especially take heed if you are opting for the exchange offer. Plan on going without any TV for 4-5 days: the old one goes with the delivery & the new one will only be installed whenever Flipkart manages to convince Philips's service engineers to pay a visit. So if you have an old Grandma addicted to her evening TV shows, think again before ordering.
The coordination between Flipkart & Philip's service engineers is atrociously bad. Flipkart's phone-customer-service process is also pretty terrible. The system cannot figure out the number you are calling from. It will be great fun to manually enter your phone number a gazilion times into their call system before the Flipkart execs. finally resolve your problem. Obviously, you will be assigned to a new executive every time (how young & raw are these front desk guys anyways?) you call & he will be totally unaware of your issues. Remember, patience is a virtue. If you can, have a squeezey ball handy. It will help with the stress.
Also, make sure you have plenty of spare leave from work available. A successful installation will happen only after the Service Engineer doesn't turn up at at least two promised time slots.
Normally Flipkart will spam your Inbox with emails about Sales, Offers etc. but just wait till you have a delay or an installation problem. Absolute silence. They are smart. They insist on phone conversations over email because (I think) those don't leave a paper trail behind. So really you've no recourse of a legal nature no matter how long the delay or how false the promises.
This crap is merely at the installation stage. So I dread to think how bad things will be if I need help with any warranty issues a year later. But hey, we got the TV as cheap as possible so consider all this pain as necessary suffering. It is therapeutic. Just keep those Blood Pressure pills handy.
Oh and lastly, don't be naive to believe anything that a Flipkart exec. tells you. Their promises are hollow. If he / she tells you to expect a installation engineer by 6 pm tonight you can pretty much be sure that it ain't happening. A bit like the Weather service's rain forecasts.

I am happy with the product, its very sleek, nice and bright colours,decent sound quality, i had a lot of problem as one of the part was missing in the box and it took seven days to fix that problem..other than that i am happy with the product

Nice TV, but if USB is selected as source to view content thru pendrive, then cant change it to AV or TV or any other source with backpanel buttons. Means if ur TV remote is gone u cant get back it to AV mode once its selected for USB

FIRSTLY FLIP KART DELIVERED A FAULTY TV WHICH WAS NOT WORKING & AFTER REQUESTING FOR A REPLACEMENT THROUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVENTUALLY GOT MY TV AFTER 10 OF PLACING THE FIRST ORDER.
USING IT ON MY AIR TEL HD SET TOP BOX & GETTING IMPECCABLE PICTURE & SOUND QUALITY, WORTH MORE THAN WHAT IS BEING PAID FOR THE TV.
THE FIRST CON IS THAT IF YOU WALL MOUNT THE TV, THERE IS VERY LITTLE SPACE TO PLUG IN A PEN DRIVE OR CONNECT HDMI DATA CABLE.
AS RIGHTLY SAID BY SOME ONE IN THE EARLIER REVIEW THAT IF YOUR REMOTE IS NOT WORKING & YOU HAVE SWITCHED TO USB MODE THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN SWITCH BACK TO TV MODE.
CONS ARE STILL MANAGEABLE CONSIDERING THE EXPERIENCE YOU GET WHILE WATCHING FROM ALL ANGLES THE VIEW IS THE SAME & FOR THE PRICE I HAVE PAID FOR IT.
I AM GIVING A 4 STAR JUST BECAUSE THE TV IS GOOD & WORKING NOW.

Ok not bad ...
1.) Sound clarity very low.
2. we can enjoy with all ASF, AVI, MKV, MP4, PS, MOV, MPG, MPEG, WMV, H.264, MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, VC-1, WMA Ver 2 formats through usb drive.
Best product, but sound is equally bad on pendrive

Best product in terms of quality, size, display and TV sound(sound while playing TV), but sound is equally bad for the movies, mp3 played from pendrive. Audible little only on keeping the volume full. If you have external speaker then it's not a issues at this rate.
Since it was peak time when I ordered this product, got it only after 80hrs(more then 3 days) from the date of booking.
Wastage of money for me

I bought this TV from Flipkart on Friday and On Sataurday Morning I got it delivered before scheduled delivery (My scheduled dilivery time was 11 am to 1 pm and I got this at 10:40 AM). Fast delivery by WS Retailer
TV Look and feel is OK, sound is also OK for LCD/LED display.
But I am not satisfied with picture quality.
While trying to play my 500 GB Seagates External HDD, TV restart again and again and unable to brows my HDD.
