i have purchase a mobile from mirchimart two days earlier their online shop is as http://www.mirchimart.com/ which product i received is defected volume is very low,some hard wares are not working when i complained them they told that they will take more then 10-15 days to visit & solve the problem all means to say that they are not ready to replace it.There online customer care works only for purchasing when we dial complain button line is automatically disconnected. Please do something they cheated me.

oh mirchimart you are very big cheater how you made fool to me today once you told me that there is no issue we will change your mobile with xolo q800 or q700 when i send my staff there then you told that mobile is okay. what do you mean by okay will you put "okay" on my head forcefully when i am saying i don't need that one that is not okay why are you forcefully saying that this is okay. i will do my best to get my money back or replace with Q700. I ordered Micromax Canvas HD on 12 april 2013 through COD. I was told that it will be shipped and delivered within 5-6 business days I received my order on 17th april. The product was delivered on time. The customer service is also good.I got a really a good and immediate response from them over the phone and mails. They were friendly.The packaging of the product was amazing. It was packed in way that the gadgets are safe in the box. Over all I had a good experience from it and yes I would definately recommend this site to my friends.
