In my experience Flipkart is the best e-commerce site in India. They are consistently good and their Customer Support is exceptional. Not that I have never had problems. There were mistakes made, delays occurred. But in all instances their Customer Support was with me in and out through all the stages, briefing me on the status and assuring me that I had nothing to worry. Other e-commerce sites should benchmark Flipkart. In any online shopping, mistakes are bound to happen, but it is the reassurance and the support given and the enthusiasm to sort out the mistake, that makes the difference.
