I was surfing the web, by chance I landed on this website and I found a Sony’s Xplod In Car CD player in stock on Dailyobjects.com. Amazingly, the price of this Car CD player is tagged at 15% lesser than MRP or actual price. Before buying the product I even read the review of the site and quality about the products on many social networking sites which were good enough to make my decision strong to purchase from this site. Car CD player got delivered after 10 days which crossed the time limit given by the web site. Although I was not too worried as I choose to go for COD option for safety sake. DailyObjects has the one of the best customer service that I have come across for online retailers in India. After my experience with Infibeam, I was skeptical of online retail in India, but DailyObjects has been a pleasant surprise. You can tell from the whole shopping experience that they care about their customers. I had the wrong product shipped once. So, I called, and the return/exchange procedure was easy and free (DailyObjects refunds you for return shipping costs). Whenever I called or emailed, their response was in a timely manner. At present, they only deal in accessories. I seriously wish they sold more items. Maybe, one day they will sell more products in different categories. They have the potential to be the biggest online mall of India but I would request them to continue with the same policies, even if they expand.
