GreenDust Shopping AND BLUEDART NEXUS A FRAUD RACKET
Order # 22466225 shows "DELIVERED" on bluedart tracking with recipient "GREENDUST" (have taken SCREENSHOT FROM THE BLUEDART TRACKING WEBSITE as proof) but I have not received anything till date. I had called customer service earlier this morning and I was promised delivery by today evening. To my utter surprise, all that has happened was the change in status on the bluedart website, no delivery on the ground. I requested refund of the full amount already charged to my credit card but the customer service rep wouldn't even process a refund. I would have been more than happy had I received full refund of my money.
I have no option but file a case against GreenDust Shopping at the city consumer court here. This is plain and simple FRAUD by the greendust bluedart nexus.There are too many aggrieved customers, a simple google search apart from this facebook page and mouthshut reveals that.

Hi, I had ordered a 3D TV from the Greendust.com after verifying the price on the other sites, I was impressed with the features of the TV and there was a similar TV available on other site at a bit higher cost (1000 RS more). But on Greendust it was mentioned that the shipping will be in 7-10 working days,a year warranty and free shipping. i was impressed by fthat and placed the order. I received a mail asking to send photo id and credit card front scan copy. i sent it. next day i received a mail saying that purchase confirmed and it will be delivered in 7 days. After 10 days i called them to verify the order, they said that it is in warehouse for verification. asked me to call after 2 days. Again i called and followed up. They said that product can't be delivered. asking me to choose other product. I was not happy with that and cancelled the order and waiting for money. I'm not sure how much time they will take to refund. I request not to buy from Greendust.
1. They are not sure of the product availability.
2. If there is any issue, you have to follow up, they will not call up to inform you.

I have a satisfactory experience with this website in the past. I have ordered multiple items provided by them like refrigerator, speakers, hand massager, and a lot more cool products. The most attractive thing which I liked about this website was its modest prices with good quality. Initially I was a little worried after giving order on GreenDust because of the bad reviews given by people about this website but on the contrary, I received my order on time and that too without making any efforts. I think most of the people with good experience don't share their views on the website, which become a big reason for others to loose faith in the online shopping store. I would love to share some of the pros and cons with the readers so that they can have a safe and easy shopping experience on this site. The online store provides quick response to our problems, lessens the risk of defect in product by intact packing, and provides good quality to the customers at cheap price. Therefore, I would personally advice the readers to use this website for online shopping to avail the numerous offers provided by them and get their benefit. On a whole, I loved to shop on GreenDust.

I have been hearing a lot about the online store greendust from my friends. They had been saying it is a nice place to buy electronic stuffs. I wanted to buy a new phone so decided to try this place. In less than an hour, I could choose my phone and its cover and make payments for it. I got the product delivered within 15 days. The phone was just perfect for me and is still running smooth.

I have ordered online a Whirlpool 360H Graphite 8 kg (12634) washing machine from GREENDUST.com. The machine has new exciting features, the color has been great, all the family members are really satisfied with greendust's servicing and delivering the original product as showed up on the screen. Earlier to buy the same machine I went to the local market, and I was shocked after hearing the price, it was above 30,000. But then I thought to search it online and guess when I came across this site I found the same machine with the best deal of just Rs. 20,425, hereby saving an amount of Rs. 7,875. I'll prefer the consumers to go for greendust for best deals offers.
