I had purchased a watch from homeshop18 sometime last month. The watch was on an attractive combo offer. A wallet was offered with the watch at a very reasonable price. It was my first experience with homeshop18. I could find several watches that perfectly fitted my budget in the online store. But finding the desired product was not at all a tough job, as the products were neatly categorized into different categories. I was looking out for men's watches and could easily find different varieties of watches. Finally confirmed with a combo offer where I was getting a wallet along with the watch. The product was purchased to gift my dad. The product was delivered in 5 days as specified but the condition of the watch was disappointing. The watch was not in running condition. I reached out to the customer care as I wanted another piece of the same watch. Again, I was disappointed to find it was not available. So all I could do was to request for a refund of my money by returning the product. Returning the product was quiet easy as they had sent courier people home and they did the needful. My money was refunded in about 10 days.

From past many months I have been shopping low priced items from homeshop18 and every time it is a pleasant experience. But lately, my room-mate ordered a wine beer drum shaped designer 16GB Pendrive from this store and really had a tough time throughout.
It was delivered within 4 days of the placement of the order and my friend chose the COD (Cash-On-Delivery) option. But when he opened the package, he found that it contained a 4GB Pendrive instead of the 16GB one. This was sad because there was a difference of more than Rs. 500 in the price of both the products. He made many calls and every time they ask him to call after two or three days to file the complaint.
Finally he shipped the Pendrive back with the receipt showing 16GB pendrive. They assured to replace the Pendrive and ship it back within 4-5 working days. Many calls were again made and after a 5 days wait to track the replacement status, all he got in reply was to wait again for two or three days more.
At last, he got the desired Pendrive after 15 days from the initial order placement. He believes it is better to go for reliable online shopping sites like Flipkart rather than to undergo a torture of 2-weeks.

A search bar is present on the top where any item can be found. Each category also provides offers for discount and price cut. A small search for the word 'apple' displays the Apple phones, fruit and apple colour clothes. Beauty products with apple extracts, all of which made it easy for me to search out the product that I wanted. Some ads on the bottom left corner displays contests to win gifts. On-time delivery is something that will not miss your attention.
