Delivery Delayed 3 days from the promised date f delivery. blaming us for not accepting the delivery when actually they never came to deliver. Phone reached Chandigarh on 25 and delivery actual happened on 31st and even the product faulty and upon request for replacement I was told that is not there policy and I have to get it repaired using product warranty matter is still with customer service they not writing any refusal but calling to say that it cannot be replaced. open box item as per them are refurbished items.
