This is one of the worst shopping experiences I had during online shopping. Horrible customer support and worst response time. They have very interesting automated support ticket generation system. If you even respond to email sent by Yebhi or just forward to email, it will create new ticket every time. Total 4 ticket were assigned my emails but nobody bothered to respond and nobody bothered to even call me. They cancelled my order after 30 days. I was following up for 30 full days for delivery and then finally they cancelled my order without informing me citing reason “Out of stock”. Why the hell they took my order if product is not in stock. Horrible thing is they still sell the same product on their website for which they canceled mine and shows”In stock”. Not sure how many more customers will be cheated for same product. They used my money for 1 month.
Worst is support care. They don’t have toll free number and you are going to spend extra money to follow-up your product. See the irony. First pay money to order product, then pay money on STD call to follow-up. Looks like all customer care people are parrot. Their boss has thought them one thing. Whenever you get a call from Customer, say we will revert within 48 hours and to my hell, nobody would call. You again call them and they will start same tape recorder. Worst thing is, if you call again, your call would be transferred to different person and they would not transfer the call to the support you have talke
