Oh really! India times shopping. It is bloody worst site for shopping i have ever seen.
Everything from order to delivery or refund ,bloody crap.
I ordered a combo of two sweat shirts on 12 Dec.2015. firstly i got my order after 20th Dec. then next thing what i see , they have delivered the sweatshirts of some other brand,not only that ,even colors and also the design was far different than what i had ordered. Then i talked to their customer care to exchange it. They took more than a week to pickup it. Then talking to there customer care for almost a week to cancel it and refund the money , they only used to say that it hasn't reached our warehouse yet, then only they could cancel it and then refund. It is 30 jan 2016 Now, still i didn't get my cheque.
This is not the only case , my friends ordered many things from indiatimes ,they also suffered many kinds of shit. Hell with this indiatimes shopping.
I'm going to file a case, i have all the records from order to refund, even snapshots of everything(mails, pictures, calls).

The Worst online Shopping experience that i had.
Order Dark grey Nike shoes and got some other light grey nike product ....
People are color blind there.
Moreover you cant even call them after 8 o clock. it was meant to be a gift for my brother's bday... man these guys suck so big time.
i wish i could attach images of what i had ordered and what i got.

The deliver damaged prooducts, will not ararange reverse pick up, and once your item reaches their ware house they don;t hold any responsibility to return your money. Customer care disconnects the calls when you try to ask them a bit loud. They give the same response that your complaint is in progress on Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 , Day 10 and Day 30 also. This way they hold your money and they sell the product to others

From Last 3 month approximately my complaint is not resolved. I received a refurbished product, when told india times they said go to service center and bring letter. No freebies were delivered this was the third purchase and all purchase there are some minor defects present on the good. They are selling refurbised and goods.

Very rude customer care executive.
I order phone from Indiatimes. it is still in delivery. Half address given to delivery partner. Very rude executive. They are just robos. They don't understand what you are talking. Lowest price means bad service.
