I ordered a Lenovo Essentials 505s. Order Number: 1623366609... Delivery date of my product was 22nd Jan 2014, and later on it was re-scheduled to 27th Jan 2014. After speaking with the customer care at snapdeal, I didn't find any solution for early delivery. I provided the option to either deliver it within two days or refund my whole amount, Team Leader from customer care named "Saurabh" directly cancelled my order and didn't promise to deliver the product in time which I asked to do. This is the worst online shopping option. I will never even think about visiting snapdeal website, forget about shopping from there. I wanted a laptop for my business purpose on urgent basis, but due to these idiots, I has been delayed for another week.. :(
Never buy anything from Snap deal...
Idiots.. SnapDeal.... It should have been SlapDeals.com.. Which slaps people.. hahahah LOLz...

i Have purchased online from jabong,myntra,flipkart,snapdeal etc ;snapdeal is the worst.They offer you the worst service,worst customer support;always late than the promised delivery time.I purchased earphones from this site last time;firstly the right earpiece was faulty -giving unpleasant vibrations;I asked the customer care to replace it-they took a month in doing so despite repeated calls and moreover they handed me back the same product and then onwards wouldn't listen to me;whenever i called them they said that we are elevating your complaint.Exhausted, I had to get it replaced from the original vendor who replaced it within 4-5 days and thats when i vowed to NEVER EVER PURCHASE from snapdeal.I have warned all my friends and family to not purchase from that fraudulent website and i am warning you about the same
