Ordered for skullcandy earphone s2ikfy323 (shopclues order no.-20082413)but got a fake and wrong earphone from shopclues.Requested for a refund but still did not get any reply.They are big cheaters fooling and misguiding the customers. Product is fake and is of very poor sound quality.

Their claim of Buyer Protection is a Fraud I ordered a 4TB HDD Seagate on 4th August, delivered on 7th August (Order Number: 17916691) at about 1.30pm. I found that the product was dead/not working. I requested a replacement at 2.38 pm on 7th August 2014. After daily follow up today (12 August) they tell me to take it to the service centre of Seagate and they will not replace or refund. What a fraud company. God knows how many poor souls have suffered at their hands. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Their return policy is as below: At ShopClues.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key- therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 10 days of delivery, with free return shipping if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you, Wrong Size Wrong Color Wrong Quantity Defective Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant WHY ARE SUCH COMPANIES ALLOWED TO OPERATE??????

Am a frequent internet shopper and had the misfortune of transacting with Shop Clues.com. I ordered a Louis Philippe Vest Coat of size 44 (XXL) , paid by credit card but when the delivery came, it was a size 42 (XL) product of the same company. This was on the 12th of March 2014 and from then to date, I have been running from pillar to post for a replacement with the correct size. I have called them innumerable times and wrote to them at least 8 times. Each time I write or call, I am given a new ticket number and a hollow promise that the issue would be sorted out. Ultimately, fed up, I posted my experience on their Facebook site so that others would learn from my naivety and refrain from shopping with Shop Clues. But the post was removed from their site, minutes after it was posted, showing their true intentions of hiding customer experiences and to defraud more people. Often one would notice that the lowest price for any article would be shown by Shop Clues. But these are bogus claims and when the delivery comes the product given would not be what you have ordered. Most of their products are available only on outright payment without COD. In my case, I was told by them that the refund process takes 45 days. Thus they not only keep your money for this time but also through their bogus claims, would have blocked your chances of buying the product from other genuine sites at good rates. These people are white collar cheaters. I ordered on 29/12 puma shoes for Rs.850/-. On 3/1 they cancelled the order unilaterally saying that it is not in stock with the dealer. Though on 3/1 the very dealer is selling the same product on their own website for Rs.1699/- there they have stock. Thus they are simply befooling the customers and cheating. Never buy anything from this website. Shopclues people are cheaters. I have recently come across some report on internet that their founder Sandeep Agrawal is involved in some big financial scam in U.S. and was arrested also. What can you expect from such people?
