Hi Friends, Never purchase anything from Tradus.com, These people are just making fools. I ordered Micromax A116 Canvas HD Mobile Phone (Black) on 29th July 13 Order ID: 10170238_01 Seller Name: bestreliablebuy I got an email from Tradus after booked my order. Below is the email: " Seller bestreliablebuy shall ship out your Suborder id 10170238_01 latest by 01/08/2013. You will receive an email within the next 3 working days on updates for this item. Item shall be Delivered latest by: 06/08/2013. (Delivery time depends on your pincode. It typically takes 2 - 5 working days to deliver from ship out date. In some remote areas it takes 7 or more working days)" Today on 1st August 2013 i got an email from Tradus and i was wondered: "Hi Bhoopesh Patel, <B>Seller bestreliablebuy has cancelled your Sub-Order 10170238_01.</B> We will initiate the refund process within 24 hrs and will update the same to you through an email. " How is it possible? How can seller cancel my order without my intimation. I was expecting my Mobile phone within 4 to 5 working days. Well if seller has cancelled my order then it is the responsibility of tradus.com to arrange the same product from different seller. But these guys are sending me mail that my order is cancelled by seller. Why you guys are doing this business if not able to manage? Finally the moral is <B>"Never buy anything on Tradus.com"</B> Thanks for wasting my time and money. Bhupesh 9555613

cheap products and very bad customer care Recently (June-2013) Order Number: 9534855 I have purchase one of the product from Tradus.com website. Actually I paid for some higher cost product and they deliver low cost product of similar category. Now I am talking to their customer care no one responding in time. For reply I have to write three four times. Then they are responding. Very unfortunate people. Very unsafe site to buy and pay online. No guaranty you will get correct product. Very fictitious site, fake product and bogus customer care. third class website. Even the sellers abuse to customer. This site promoting them for same. I am suggesting to people not to buy any products from this site.

tradus.in is yet another online store providing us with large variety of products and discounts and coupons, but like it or not, their services made me unhappy and dissatisfied. They mainly lag in delivering the good quality to the customers and quality is the major issue which we fear the most while shopping online. One warning for sure: Don't buy shoes from this e-commerce portal as they display some other color and deliver some other. Don't go on its heavy discounts and offers as, till the time you would realize that you have been nicely cheated by them, it would be too late. I ordered a Phillips earphone at a very attractive price and found that, it was a low quality product not worth the price I paid. It could be easily found on some road-side vendor. My room-mate, on the other hand, ordered a latte mixer and a pair of Nike shoes. Latte mixer delivered was defective. The complaint e-mail was replied back after 10 days asking to get in touch with the dealer and dealer has not yet responded. The Nike shoes were, approximately, an year old and were little bit torn also. It is not at all surprising that you order some branded product from tradus.in and you receive some unbranded, local product.

I saw people using electric shavers which reduce the effort and causes less injuries than blades. I wanted to buy it and thought about buying it online and also send it as a gift to my younger brother in Hyderabad. I logged in to tradus via a search engine and started looking for a the shaver. I came across Maxel Electric Rechargeable Cordless Shaver and Trimmer. I placed an order for Maxel AK-8200 shaver. I received the parcel and wanted to use it immediately. But the wrong product Maxel AK 1017 was delivered. On top of that it was not in working condition. I thought there were no charges for the courier service but I had to pay Rs 434 for the delivery. Though, I wonder how they delivered the perfect order to my brother. Also, there was no confusion in paying for the gift order.
