I have ordered one combo pack which should includes, one OTG cable + One car mobile charger+one Aux cable+One USB cable. They took 104 INR as it was on offer. Very funny but true INR15 for the product and INR89 for courier. That is the cheap marketing technique. However out of all those products USB cable is missing and all other product is not working and ultimate poor quality. Not only that one year back i had purchased one mobile which was also defective. My sincere request to all do not trap yourself into offers, they will cheat you. If you are not believing me just order once and see.

Good shopping portal for fashion accessories! I am a frequent online shopper. Generally love to shop fashion accessories online as the online shopping portals offers wide variety of designs from different brands under one roof. While searching for bracelets online, I landed to shopclues. The collection is really good, I was tempted to buy from it. I ordered a bracelet & got the product as shown and on time. As per me Shopclues is a good online shopping website with a huge collection of products at rates lower, than other shopping portals.

I ordered TP-LINK TD-W8961N300 Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router on 28 Nov 15 and same has been confirmed that estimated delivery on 7th or 8th Dec 15. But, i received only after long tracking with courier on 18 Dec 15. After i received only i came to know that i ordered wrong item and purchased ADSL Wifi moderm instead of wifi router. So, i requested shopclues for return request. But no proper reply from shopclues.com. After few days they given reply in return status as "information required-pending customer action". But i already give sufficient info and posted image of items for return but no reply from shopclues. Finally without my problem solved/knowledge shopclues themselves mentioned that "return request closed". Here after i will never purchase any item from shopclue. Thank you for your such hopeless service. Logesh Chennai

Recently I purchased an Asus google nexus 2013 tab but before placing the order I wanted to confirm whether it is having calling feature or not. So I called customer care to find out and they said yes it does have the feature and there's no worry to buy. After the delivery i discovered that the company is telling lie to its customers just to sell its products and making profit. I have contacted many times they are denying my request. I think there should be control on this thing because this case is just as fraud.

For my first order, I didn't even received the product and they marked my order as delivered and completed. For my second order, product received is in non-working condition. So total waste of money and time.
